Question New motherboard for Ryzen 5900x and other components

Hey, I'm looking to buy the new Ryzen 5900x and I'm a bit sceptic whether it'll bottleneck or not. Currently, I'm looking to buy:

• RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V 32GB DDR4 K2 32GVKC (2x16GB, 3600 MHz, CL16)
• A PCIe (maybe 4.0 x4) M.2 NVMe drive
• Ryzen 5900x
• Not sure if I should get a cooler

I've looked at the following boards:

• Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro
• Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro
• ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus
• Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite

I prefer the cheapest one (which is Aorus Elite, 140€), but will it bottleneck any component? Later on I'm willing to get RTX 3080 or Big Navi, not quite sure yet. I'm not willing to overclock any time soon, but it would be great if I had a choice to do it later on. I would appreciate the help and any additional suggestions. Thanks!

• Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro

Unless you already own a cooler you can put on the CPU, you will need one. The 5900x doesn't come with a cooler.

I'm in the same boat as you, and I'm lokoing at the ASUS TUF or the Gigabyte X570. Haven't decided yet. A small sale on the Aorus brings it close to the TUF right now. From what I've read, both those boards would not have a problem with overclocking or running the components you have and want in the future. I don't know much about the B550s though.

Thanks, I thought the cooler was included, I'll have to buy that as well. Noctua NH-D15 will do I guess.

As for the motherboards, I think I'll go for either MSI MAG X570 Tomahawk (220€) or the Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite (140€). I don't know which one and what are the downsides by choosing B550 over X570.

Edit: ASUS TUF Gaming B550-Plus (150€) or the Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro (180€) might be better over the Aorus Elite

If anyone wants to know, I'm going for MSI B550 Tomahawk - for the price it's amazing and it's in S- tier list over at LTT VRM tier list (not sure if I can link it).
