Question New motherboard help

I am looking to find a company that will make a motherboard for me that i can install a i9 extreme edition and a high end Rysen processor an a way for the os to recognize both processors if possible or maybe a xeon processor
i use to buy dual processor motherboards for xeon processor cant we fo the same with intel and amd ? Removed by moderator
