Question New motherboard installed, pc not turning on

I replaced my old motherboard, put all the connection correctly, then tried turning on with button, didn't work, then I tried jump start by screwdriver, didn't work, then I jump start psu 24pin, 4pin cpu still connected and the motherboard start and fans spin, without clicking the power button, so what's the problem here?
