New motherboard issue with far cry 5

Hello,recently got a new motherboard(gigabyte ep35-ds3r) but my specs stayed the same.I used to play far cry 5 on low with no issues before on my stock hp motherboard.Now I cannot launch it and I always get an error saying that my cpu doesn't support it(error 000001).I also have problems with nba 2k19 it asks for ssse 4.2.I have a core 2 quad q9400 and I thought that they support ssse 4.What could be the issue?Thanks in advance

The minimum requirement for Far Cry 5 is an i7-4770k. Your CPU is very far from that minimum.

Doesn't support it simply because it's quite old and obsolete.

I have already played it on that same cpu so I don't see where you're getting at
