Question new motherboard issue

since i got a new motherboard and cpu without creating a new windows,and after downloading all the motherboard drivers and gpu driver ,i`ve been getting 2 sounds the first one is connected device sound and the sec one is disconnected device sound,those sounds are bothering specially while i`m playing cuz the screen gets black and i`ve to go to the game again ,anyone can help me with this issue ?

new motherboard is foxconn h61
new cpu i5 3 gen
same hard drive
same ram

You need to format your c drive and install windows fresh.

i did that and after the first day of doing it the sound comeback again ,i don`t know why ? but i have some files start with amd64
and i have another issue if u can help me when i run a specific game the pc freezes and that didn`t happen in the previous windows can u help me with that ?

Maybe the problem is in the hardware itself? Maybe somewhere the contacts are shorted out, or the hard disk or any other hardware is unusable. Try to clean everything from dust, wipe all the contacts in the system unit.
