New motherboard, monitors won't turn on

Recently upgraded to a rog strix z270e mobo.
When I pushed the power button, the lights would come on for the mobo, cooler, graphics card, etc but my monitor says no signal

Have you connected the monitor to the graphics card (not to the board)? If yes, what components using?

Mobo: asus rog strix z270e
CPU: intel i7-7700k
Gpu: pny GeForce gtx 1060
Cooler: nzxt kraken x-62

One monitor in the mobo, one in the graphics card. Neither getting input but everything else is on

Try testing with graphics card removed.

Same result when I take out the graphics card, mobo and everything come on but no monitor

Try leaving single RAM module installed and testing each RAM slot.

Tried every ram slot but the first one, a wire from the cooler is blocking that one but still nothing

Have you checked http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems ?
If yes, and still no go, and you know that the RAMs are compatible, I'd RMA both board and CPU.
