I just ordered a LAG 1156 H55 intel motherboard and I need to ask you guys if I need to reinstall windows 10. I have windows 10 on my pc right now and I am also changing my CPU, I am going to keep my harddrives/disks Will I have to get a new OS? Or will it work and start up with my new GPU, CPU, Motherboard?

"Get" a new OS? Probably not.
Read and do this before you change any parts:

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3164428/windows-build-1607-activation.html

Reinstall the OS? Almost certainly.
A new motherboard, it may fail to boot completely. Win 10 is better than previous OS's, but absolutely no guarantee of it working...

Prepare for a full wipe and reinstall.
But try it with the current drive+OS. You might get lucky.
