New motherboard,no signal to monitor

Asus P8P67-M-PRO/REV3.0
I5 2500k
2X Kingmax 4GB, DDR3, 1333MH
Nvidia GeForce GTX 560Ti

Just got a new motherboard I installed windows again.Then after I installed nvidia driver and restarted it,after windows loads I get no signal to monitor.Then I've tried with my old 8600 GT i installed its driver and the same thing happens.I've tried with windows 7 32 bits and 64 bits,different driver versions,with only one piece of ram at the time but it didn't help.Both video cards work well on other pc.I can't figure out what's the problem.Is it possible to be something wrong with the motherboard?

Is your DVI cable plugged into the motherboard? With a discrete GPU, the motherboard's DVI output will be disabled. It should be plugged into the graphics card.

check bios setting for who is the primary pci-e card the onboard pci-e or the gtx 560 ti,mamual give you the way to set them

Can't find anything like that in bios, I don't have onboard graphics.I've tried with a Radeon HD 6850 and it doesn't give signal to monitor at all,coolers from GPU don't work even though it's properly powered, it's like the motherboard doesn't recognise it.

Ah. Are you sure you've got it properly seated in the slot? It may take a little more pressure than you expect. Has it clicked in, and have you given it the proper PCI power cables?

yes I'm sure,it's not the first time when I put a GPU on a mobo.

But it worked before you used a discrete GPU?

I'm sorry I don't know what do you mean with discrete GPU.As I said with GTX 560 TI and 8600GT after windows loads the monitor goes black it has no signal only after I install the driver.But with the HD 6850 I don't have signal at all to monitor.

Discrete is a separate graphics card, as opposed to the graphics processor in your CPU. I didn't notice before, though, that you have P67, so you can't use your integrated graphics anyway.
Do you have any way, right now, to access the settings of the computer?

No, I've already disassemble it , I'll send it back because there's also an annoying high pitch sound coming from it.

From your first post it sounds as if it was working, but then after you installed the driver and restarted it wasn't working. That's weird.

yes it's very weird,everything else is working fine that's why I'm asking if it might be the mobo.

The high-pitched sound shouldn't have to do with the problem. That's coil whine, vibration caused by fluctuations of current, and it's harmless and pretty common. Mine whines under load as well.
