New motherboard, nothing gets power besides CPU fan and PSU led's and fan.

Motherboard - Asus p5lp le
CPU - Duo core E5200
GPU - Eadeon 4670
Power Supply - Rosewill RD500-2DB 500w
So awhile back i spilled something on my motherboard and it fried. I finally got a new motherboard but after i put it in and hooked everything up I get no power to anything besides the CPU fan. None of the other fans plugged in work, it doesn't boot and i don't get a signal to the monitor.
Are my parts not compatible? I did as much research as i could and it seemed like everything should work with it.
Also, i don't know if this means anything but now my computer starts as soon i flip the switch on the power supply and not when i hit the power button.

Check that you've wired up the power button correctly and that it's physically operating properly as it may be jammed in the "on" position.
