Question New Motherboard PC won't boot after I make changes in BIOS. Why?

Overhauled my PC due to some tech issues on my old one. List specs below.

NEW Asus z790 p wifi
2060 super (4070 coming)
NEW 2x16gb DDR5 6000 g. Skill
NEW i7 13700k

PC will boot, and power button will blink. Then boots. That is just on factory BIOS. If I enter my BIOS and make ANY changes with RAM or CPU, it will not boot. Power LED on case will just blink and try to boot several times. New parts so not sure. Updated BIOS and reset CMOS like 10 times. Any ideas? New stuff seems all functional.

other than the new version i just updated it to, there are no firmware updates.
