[SOLVED] New motherboard problem!!

Ok so today i received my new motherboard and cpu but when i installed them nothing work! I can start to bios but when i exit the bios it wont boot windows and instead it stays on a black screen with a white non-flashing bar on the top left corner. Also i tried booting with my old motherboard and i can boot but not with the new one!

You need to do a fresh install of windows. It sounds like your seeing the screen that means no OS was found.

Cpu: i5 11400 / motherboard: gigabyte b560m Aorus pro ax / gpu: gtx 1070. I updated my motherboard bios to the latest update but i think i messed up the update

The copy of Windows on your boot disk has drivers, etc..., for your old motherboard. You need to fresh Windows installation on your boot drive with your new motherboard and new CPU installed.

That's not your other motherboard that's a new board fresh windows install.
