new motherboard processor combo

So I am looking for a new motherboard processor combo, however i am a little low on cash and would like to leave the budget in the mid $100s, i currently have the msi 870A-G54, and the AMD Athlon II X4 and it can no longer fit to what I am doing. I do video editing for school, and heavy gaming. My graphics card is the Gigabyte Geforce GTX 660.

Update If I bring up the budget to $200 and add the need for new ram can it be done?

id be looking on ebay for old systems. sometimes they sell for cheaper than individual parts. Your budget is tighter than a proverbial

You can find Phenom II X4 or Phenom II X6 on ebay and it will cost less than $100.
Make sure you get a good CPU cooler as well if you plan to do any overclocking.
