Question New motherboard same old problem

So a month ago i fried my main motherboard, tried my best to fix it ,

It would just turn on and off repeatedly

Checked with local tech store and the guy said all the chips around the CPU are fried

So I bought a new motherboard ,set up everything properly outside the case

When I turn on the PC ,the fans starts spinning and LEDs turn on and everything turns off and then turns itself on again and it stays on but it's not giving any post

I Even bought a speaker to listen for beep codes but there are no beep codes either

Specs are
Motherboard - b150m pro (new)
Motherboard - z170 gaming (old)
CPU - i5 6600k
Ram - 8*2 =16 trendz
Psu - Corsair 750w

You need to be specific with the make and model of your PSU. Include your PSU's age.

Try with one stick of ram. Try a different stick of ram borrowed from a friend or neighbor. Once you do see BIOS screen make sure you're you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard?

And I tried to boot the system with only 1 ram and at every slots with different Rams
I tried a total of 3 different ddr4 ram
