new motherboard slow internet

i bought a new asus m5a99 pro r2 and now my internet is getting 10 mbs when it was getting 90 mbs i dont get why ive uninstalled reinstalled pcie driver and also got the driver from a different website and installed it nothing is working and its killing me i called asus support and the guywas dumbfounded. he told me to call linksys but i belive i ruled that out not to be the problem my hooking my laptop up to the ethernet cable and got 80 mbs ?

Are you using wifi (which wifi card?) or ethernet cable to your router? Router make and model?

i have a EVGA 850w
ethernet cable. router linkys linksys ac1900 comcast modem but like i said my laptop is fine and also my other pc was working fine i changed my mobo and now this

In Control Panel, Device Manager is the network devices all showing as working and having the latest up to date driver?

Ok then if the device is apparently working (according to Device Manager) but actually isn't then try another ethernet cable. If that doesn't work then replace the NIC with eg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833166019
