[SOLVED] New Motherboard terrible internet?

I got a new motherboard and everything seems to work fine except the internet. I installed all the drivers and updated my all my hardware including the wifi adapter but the internet doesn't really work. It works for brief periods of time where I can watch YouTube, but after a few minutes it goes off and on. If I start up any game it immediately crashes. I tried playing Overwatch, CSGO, PuGb and rainbow six. All did the same thing. What should I do?

Edit: to make things clear I'm using wifi currently will use Ethernet later when I can

It is important to try the ethernet. Wifi is subject to interference from outside your house so it may not even be your PC.

After new motherboard did you reinstall Windows?
