Question new motherboard, the rgb in the motherboard lits up but no indicator lights.

I am new at building my own PC, and I already finished assembling the parts into the case. But the problem is that once I power it on, it won't turn on. The RGB of the motherboard is the only one that lighten out and the bios flash light when I pressed it, and no indicator lights.
