Hello, the other day I upgraded my motherboard to an Asus Z170 pro gaming motherboard and I then installed the drivers off the disk like the instructions said to. However I did not delete my old motherboards drivers as I thought it would overwrite them. I get the the Windows 10 start up screen where it requires my password but my mouse and keyboard do not respond and the RGB on them do not light up. I know it is not a problem with the monitor as I have tried multiple monitors and the keyboard and mouse work fine in the bios. I've tried launching in safe mode and the same result.. Thanks for any help in advance :)

You could always grab a good 'ole PS/2 keyboard. Those never fail to work. 🙂
Then use that to reset your computer - that ought to clear out the drivers.
Yes, you need to do the clean install. Just put the CD/DVD or USB with Win installer into your machine, go to bios and change boot order to either CD/DVD player or USB and let it do the work. Note that you are going to lose the data on your boot drive.

Is there no other way? I can't find a CD or USB with it on, the motherboard came with Windows 10 ready on it and my other copy I got a digital code. I have a disc with drivers for the MB on it which has a Windows 10 icon on it but I've tried usin that and it goes to the next hard drive to find Windows
