[SOLVED] New motherboard, won't post

I just bought a MSI Z390 Gaming Plus. Everything is properly connected, but there is no video card installed. When I power on, the EZ Debug LEDs are on. First the CPU one blinks quickly, then the DRAM one comes on and stays on. After 3 or 4 seconds the system turns off, and then turns itself back on. The ram worked fine with my previous motherboard. It is DDR4 and so is this new motherboard.

I have an intel i5 6600, and I have also tried my other i5 6500. I have a 128 gb samsung ssd, the ram is an 8gb kit of ripjaws ddr4-2400, the graphics card which i do not have connected is a gtx 960, and the power supply is a rosewill 500 watt 80 plus gold

See above for the provided link. Those are not compatible CPUs for that motherboard.
