I have recently brought a new CPU, motherboard and power supply. I have installed everything correctly but yet when I try to turn on my PC the CPU cooler spins for 2 seconds and then stops. I don't know what to do.

CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-A320M-mATX
Power supply: Aero cool VX Plus Series 500W

Your problem is that your motherboard needs a bios update.
Some AMD A320 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Pinnacle Ridge CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.
And you cant do a bios update with an unsupported CPU, take it to a local shop and tell them to update your bios unless if you have a spare CPU that is supported by that motherboard.
