[SOLVED] New Motherboard?

I have a OMEN 870-224 with:
i5-7400
16 gb DDR4 RAM
GTX 1060

i would like to upgrade, i figure that getting something like an RTX 2070 would be pointless since itd be bottlenecked, so i want to upgrade my motherboard first.
problem is i have no idea how to even look up what types i could put into this computer... any help?

Basically what motherboards can i put into this pc, and which do yall recommend?
