New mouse old wireless keyboard not working

Hello, i have a wireless keyboard and mouse but i bought a new wired gaming mouse and plugged it in and pulled batteries from wireless mouse and it worked for a short time then my desktop rebooted and now neither mice nor the keyboard will work so i cant access my desktop at all now anyone know why?

Turn off the PC. Plug in one mouse and they keyboard, turn on the PC, is it working? If not, reset the BIOS (unplug the PC, take out the CMOS battery or move the reset jumper), try again.
