After days of computer issues with lots of BSOD , I finally seemed to track down the problem. My motherboard was bad, so I just purchased a new "MSI 970 Gaming" motherboard. It is the same processor socket as my old mobo, but now I'm currently getting no post, no BIOS, no beeps, nothing. The computer will power on, the fans start spinning, and the graphics card seems to be on. I have checked all of the wiring to the mobo and cannot find anything wrong with it...so please don't suggest that I forgot to plug in a power supply hook up or something.
I have tried:
-resetting CMOS
-removing the mobo battery
-holding the power button on the PC for 30-60 seconds with it unplugged
-using a DVI to VGA adapter to my monitor
-every different compatible ram stick I have in every slot individually.
-checked to make sure the CPU is sitting correctly
-attempted to boot without even a hard drive connected.
This is becoming extremely frustrating, as at this point I have rebuilt half of my computer, with each new purchase taking me a step backward. I have lost 4 days of my time that could've been spent working (motion graphics) trying to fix this. Also, note that this mobo does not include an onboard video output, so I cannot try that either.
Thank you in advance, anyone who can help me. I'm going crazy here.

The processor is an AMD Eight Core 3.0GHz AM3+ socket. I don't remember any details beyond that, as I purchased it a few years ago and no longer have the box. No, I do not have a case speaker...which might explain a lack of beeps.

Is this the only way to test it? The nearest real electronics store to me is an hour away, and I'd love to avoid the drive if possible. I've already been twice, and have a feeling I may have to back again for other things too. If this is the only solution you can think of at this point, I guess I'll do that.
