Hey guys, I am at a loss here and was hoping someone might be able to advise. I recently swapped out my old Asus Crosshair VI Hero and Ryzen 1800x for the MSI MEG z390 ACE and 9900k. I did a completely new install of windows.

The issue I am facing is that I cannot reach over 100mbps (I have a gigabit connection). This was not an issue on the old board. I have also connected the line to my Macbook with and ethernet adapter and I am in fact able to get gigabit speeds. I have uninstalled the device and drivers multiple times and reinstalled with no luck. I have also updated the BIOS and windows to the their most recent releases. Other than this I am not sure what else to do. I have tested the exact line that I am using and there are no issues there. If anybody has any ideas I would appreciate it. The network adapter is the killer e2500. Thanks for any help!
