[SOLVED] New MSI Radeon RX 570 causing Problems

Installed a new GPU recently, after a fashion i managed to get the drivers successfully installed and the card working, However when stress testing the GPU, either with a game (Total Warhammer 2) or the Kombuster utility that installed with the card, the entire machine switched off without explanation or a proper shutdown sequence, i have to disconnect/reconnect the power cable, both from the socket and the machine in order to restore power, after which the machine boots up just fine.
I did wonder if this was overheating or a power issue (PSU is new, 2 weeks old) but after much trying and failing, i have turned to this community for help.

When running Company of heroes on the new card it gives me a really stable framerate and the card works beautifully, this is a much older less demanding game though, i have been running my own tests within the game to try and push the machine by creating vast armies and many explosions while monitoring heat and CPU usage with CPUID and Speedfan, to no avail, i don't seem to be able to replicate the same crash, nor overheat the machine, stress testing the CPU has no issues, normal usage of pc has no issues either
Any help or advice given would be greatly appreciated, If you want any more information please ask i will provide all i can

FYI, This machine was bought by me in 2013 besides hdd failures i have had no other issues with it thus far

I hate to say this but your power supply had some bad reviews ,"Worked fine for the first 2 months then blew up. Buying cheap psu's like this especially if you've got a gaming pc." You may be getting an early warning sign of failure. You need to get one at least rated 80+ Bronze . I am not an expert on PSU's but for a good one you are going to pay $60 and up not $35 like your Sumvision. Thanks alot, it has been bugging me since i bought it, i was in a rush in a shop at the time and i think i'm just going to live with a bad purchase and go buy another, i'm not really bothered about the price, more the fact that i should of known better than to buy cheap crap. Even so i had to eliminate all other alternatives and get a second opinion before spending more money, especially as some problems can be solved so easily without it.

Currently looking at Corsair and Seasonic, 600W+ PSUs but there are so many companies available and i don't want to make the same mistake again, I might look at one of those fancy modular ones to cut out on cables i don't need being inside the case and the look like solid made braided cables too

Thanks that is exactly the type of PSU im looking for, they are perfect for my budget too, when i actually get some money that is, looking at the RM models around the 550-650 range, maybe modular so i can cut down on unnescessary cabling, and maybe a little stronger than i need too, so i can keep it for future builds
