Question New or Used PC

Hi, would like some suggestions about the 2 gaming pcs. Ive seen an ad from someone selling a used gaming pc. Specs below

Processor - Intel I7 8700k cpu @3.70 Ghz hex core 12mb
Motherboard - Aorus z370 ultra gaming f6 motherboard with built in rgb
Ram - (16gb) x2 corsair vengeance 8gb ddr4 Black
Graphics - Msi gtx 1080 8gb
Power supply - corsair rm 750x
SSD - 500gb super fast M2 Samsung 960
Ssd - 250gb super fast M2 Samsung 960
SSD - 120gb Kingston
Case - game max onyx mid Tower gaming case. Tempered glass rbg fans.
Cpu fan - coolmaster

And then another pc which is new. Specs below
Ryzen 5 3600
Rx 5600xt gigabyte
Asrock b450 atx steel legend
16gb corsair 3200mhz ddr4
Evga br 700 psu
Gamemax aurora rgb
120gb ssd
1tb hdd

Which 1 shall i buy??

Without the price it's going be hard for anyone to give a good opinion.

£700 for the used and £650 for the new. kinda the same price for both systems. but depends on the performance I'll get from the r5 3600 and rx 5600xt vs the i7 8700k and gtx 1080.

Assuming the used one is coming with OS, add for that on the new one.
