Judging by your previous wording (pre-edit) it sounds like it, if not, why not the 1060 3GB for $50 less?

becaue the rx 580 got great reviews with the r5 1600

It's overpriced at the moment, sold out everywhere for ethereum mining.
I'm saying unless you have it already, a PNY 1060 6GB for $259 from Dell will be a better choice.
