New parts not working on Breadboard

I just bought the:

Motherboard: Asrock x370 killer sli

Cpu: AMD Ryzen 1700

RAM: GSkill Trident 16gb (x2 8 sticks)

I'm currently breadboarding it, the mobo pulses red, no beeps, CPU fan not spinning and this is without any RAM.

I know the speaker works because I breadboarded my old parts to test it.

It's not the PSU, it's also new.

I have no idea what the issue is, the mobo box arrived slightly damaged.

Please help

If you did use one GPU, then the MB may hace problem.

If you did not have any GPU, try plug it into, then boot the PC again, because either Ryzen 1700 or Mb does not have any iGPU.
