New Parts Not Working

I recently bought, 8gb of ddr4 memory, a Ryzen 5 2600, and a MSI b450m pro-vdh motherboard. Whenever I have everything plugged in properly, I've checked multiple times so did my roommate, my motherboard lights up lights that indicate the CPU and the ram is not detected. I went as far as buying a new PSU and a new processor thinking that was the issue yet the issue still is there. Any help would be much appreciated as I need my computer working for school.

If it also helps the new PSU is a 650w, and I have 2 HDD connected, one is 1TB the other is 3TB.

I will give this a try real quick, ill let you know the results.

Sometimes there's something causing it to short out in the case and that way you can eliminate that.

Just tried it and had the same issue, I also made sure to keep any unnecessary cables unplugged to see if there was a wiring short no luck.
