[SOLVED] New Parts now i cant connect

New parts now it can't connect to enternet, i recently upgraded my Motherboard and CPU, but i can connect to the enternet anymore, ive tried everything i can think of, resetting router, reinstalling windows, updating driver, tried different lan cables, ( which works fine in my laptop), enabling in BIOS and tons more, my brain is god damn broken, i need some assistance

Motherboard model name?
After re-installation of windows you have to install chipset drivers, then lan drivers. The drivers are specific to your motherboard. You get them from motherboard support web site.

Once you upgraded - did you check your "Device Manager" whether you have required network drivers?
When you plug the Ethernet cable - do you see LEDs on the motherboard and router detecting that?
When you do "ipconfig" from Command Prompt, do you get IP address?
Can you ping the router?
