[SOLVED] New PC |3 Boots Then Stays On| No Display

As the title says, the PC is newly built new parts all parts are compatible this isn't my first rodeo although this is the first time this has happened. I will power on the PC(1), fans will spin, turn off, fans will spin(2), turn off, fans will spin(3) then stay on the 3rd time. There is also no display or "No HDMI signal from video source" so I'm trying to do two problems really. Maybe the boot is normal, maybe it's not. But the no display is really tripping me up. I have tried a multitude of solutions so I will just tag you and say tried it and I already have tried the solution. Thanks

CPU: Intel i7-6700K Unlocked
Motherboard: MSI Z390 MPG Gaming Plus
Ram: 2x8 Corsair Vengeance (3000)
SSD/HDD: Samsung Evo 500gb
GPU: MSI GTX 1050
PSU: RM650x
Chassis: ABKO Ncore (Some Korean Case)
OS: Would be Windows 10 if I could even get it to display or anything

I also have a video of the whole boot process and no display that I will upload when someone requests it.

motherboard don't support 6th gen.
go to MSI site for the motherboard and check cpu supported list
