New PC Advice

Hi guys,
I am planning on upgrading my PC and here are the parts I have picked out:

CPU: AMD Phenom ii X4 965 Black edition
Motherboard: ASRock N68C-S UCC
Memory: 4GB DDR3
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6670 1GB
PSU: Ace Black ATX 700w ( I have an octigen 400w, would that work aswell?)
HDD: 250GB

My question is, are there any problems with this set up (bottlenecking etc) and if so, please tell me of any recommendations. I am on a tight budget of around 250 euro/320 dollars/215 pounds. I have already bought the HDD

It will work just fine.

Get a better PSU. a 500w unit from Antec, xFX, Corsair, Seasonic.

That GPU is terribly weak so do not expect to play games past low settings.

Nope. It is likely junk and makes less than 500w. You want something from a reputable manufacturer.

Which Psu out of those companies would be the best value for money

XFX. They make a 550w unit which is very good. Also Corsair make a 500w unit which is slightly lower quality but will work no problem.
