Question New pc advice

Hi i want to buy a new pc.
My demends is basiclly : being able to run android studio, unity, and sony vegas, tottaly fluently and fast.
I want a 32g ram,
And at least 500g ssd.
My budget is about 1200$,
Ill be happy to heare your advice about what components I should choose.

Nocto coolers are really good and should be better, it’s really up to you! The standard or will work done but if your overlooking the other one will be better!

So you can overclock further than the stock cooler can support if you want to. Overclocking basically gives you faster CPU performance with the cost of higher temps.

I am doubting he will be doing any over clocking. Besides, he said he was looking to buy a computer , not Build one.
