New PC Affordable GPU

So, I'm building a new PC and can't figure out what graphics card I should get (I only have $200-300). I was thinking about getting the Sapphire Radeon r9 380 nitro 4gb but can someone give me an alternative? Thanks

Intel core i5-3470
8 GB RAM
H97M pro4
