New PC and Lagg?

I'll cut to the chase. I recently built a PC (which was fun) and everything worked on the first go. The only issue I had was the fact that my internet was garbage. I ran a speed test on my phone and another desktop as a form of comparison. It was then discovered that it wasn't the internet, but more than likely my comp. Any tips?

Hello... 1) look in your device manger and see what is being used/described for your MB Lan Chip hardware.

2) go to your NVidia app and set it for 'performance" that is typically all you need to do there.

3) go to your control panel-power options and create a custom "performance" profile and set your max CPU/GPU/PCIe for 100% power usage.

re-boot after these changes.
