[SOLVED] New PC and still lag - Want to upgrade

I just got this new pc and i am still lagging in most of the games i play. I mostly play dota 2 but i cant stand the lag and i want to upgrade my cpu. I think the lag comes from this cpu and not the gpu or ram.

My current setup is:

Amd a6 9600 3.5ghz
Nividia gtx 1650 4gb
Corsair v650 watt
Ram 8gb corsair
Asusprime a320m-k motherboard

I would like to know what cpu is a good one for a price around 200 euro and that fits this mobo. I really would appreciate if i could play dota 2 witout lag.

Go look for a good deal on a Ryzen 2600. It will be light years better than your A6. You will need to update the bios to 3803 or later to run the 2600 and you will need your A6 to update the bios. So make sure you update the bios before you get the 2600.

Don't APUs have a switch in BIOS where you can choose what graphics to run?
Either APU or your Nvidia 1650.
The APU doesn't have stellar performance

I'm not familiar with the motherboard but I have a feeling you can't overclock on it.
I wouldn't try anyway, not the best VRMs.
