New Pc and Which Graphic Card

I am buying dell optiplex 990Mt so which graphic card would work best under 2gb pc is i7 2nd gen

The GTX 1050 is the go to 2GB card due to being able to run off of the Optiplex PSU. It's decent at 1080P. The 4GB 1050Ti is better if you have more than 8GB RAM.

Not sure why you want the card to be 2gb or under. The best card for your system without upgrading the psu would be a gtx 1050ti 4gb.
