New PC and Windows

Hello people,
so I just bought my PC and I am about to start building it but I have 1 question.I am also buying a new windows, so does that mean that I have to create a new account for the windows,because i think that if i log onto my old 1 I will get all those stuff tat i have downloaded... Any suggestions?

No it does not mean you have to create a new Windows account. You can use the same old one.
