New pc automatic repair loop

Hi after finally finishing my first PC build I installed windows 10 which worked fine, now after the second time of powering up I'm stuck in the automatic repair loop and not sure what to do, plugging in the windows USB and trying a reinstall doesn't work just loops without the reinstall, could be something to do with the bios, any help is appreciated

Try changing ram sticks or test with one ram in different slots also test without gpu(if integrated gpu is available).

Try clearing the CMOS. It may help. Just remove the battery from the motherboard for about 10 seconds. The battery is about the size of a quarter.

If the problem still persist, then turn on the machine and go into the bios and boot from the windows USB stick and try reinstalling windows from there.

Still struggling cleared cmos and tried booting from bios :/
