[SOLVED] New PC boot looping with no display on monitor

So I have build my first PC and when I bought the parts it said that the bios might not be up to date for the Ryzen 5 3600 and now my PC is boot looping and I believe it is because I need to update the bios. I find that when I unplug my CPU from the power supply the computer stays on. So I am wondering if it because of the bios or if my cpu is not in right and if I need to update the bios how do I do that if the computer is not booting to a screen?

Motherboard: ASROCK B450 Pro4
RAM; Vengeance LPX 16GB 3000Mhz
HDD: 1TB Western Digital

GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB

I would say that the B450 board needs the BIOS update to run the 3000 series. You need a previous gen CPU to update it , unless you have a local shop that can provide the service.

No there isn't on that board...Sorry.
Sometimes if you contact AMD they will loan out a free CPU to update it aka boot kit.

If I took it to a shop would they have to put in another cpu and update this bios?
