New pc boots to black screen

Alright so I have just built my pc and I checked all cables I've switched ram I've checked the gpu and etc... The hard drive I currently have in already has windows but I do have a 2nd drive without it.. I've tried unplugging one and plugging in the other and still nothing. The weird thing is the whole system powers on and all fans work but it still boots to a black screen. Here are my specs amd fx8320, msi gaming 970 mobo, evga 750w psu, gtx 750 ti, wd blue 1tb, hyper x 8gb ram 1866mhz, and a cm hyper 212 evo. Please help asap!!

Try testing different memory, if possible (borrow a RAM stick).
A case speaker would help in troubleshooting.

I already have switched ram and it didn't make a difference... I'm going to go look for a speaker but I don't think I have one

With a speaker connected, start the board with no RAMs installed. If no beeps, you'd know that board and CPU do not work.

Check the JFP1 or JFP2 connectors. See if any option there.

Their a connector for a MB speaker on their but it will come with the case if you got one most don't include them anymore.
Unplug all the drives and see if you can boot into BIOS, read in the MB manual what key to continually press after pressing the start button.
You cant just plug in a hard drive that already has a OS on it and it boot up with new hardware.

What connector are you using for the monitor and it is plugged into video card right?

Just an hdmi and yes it is because I don't have an apu

The gpu is also getting power because the fan is running..

Try a different connector if you can from their I would look for bent pins on the CPU.
