[SOLVED] New PC boots up once, but will no longer turn on

Hey guys, so I just finished building a new PC. Once I finished cable management, I plugged it in and booted it up, installed windows along with google chrome, discord, and steam, and it was working fine. I used a sata DVD drive to install windows from a disc, however I didn’t have intentions of keeping the drive in my PC. After windows and those programs were installed, I shut down the computer, unplugged the DVD drive from the motherboard and power supply, put the sides on my case and tried to turn it on again, but it would not boot up.

I tried reconnecting the DVD drive and turning it on to see if that would work, but the PC still won’t boot up.

As far as I can tell, all appropriate wires are plugged in to the right spots, and nothing came loose when unplugging the DVD drive. I took the power supply out and reassured that the wires were still connected, but as I’ve said, PC still won’t boot.

My specs are:
Ryzen 5 2600
16GB T Force DDR4 Vulcan RAM, 3000mhz
MSI B450 Gaming Plus motherboard
ASUS Dual GeForce gtx 1070
Crucial MX500 1tb m.2 ssd
EVGA 650w GQ 80+ gold
Cougar MX330 Gaming mid tower

Any and all help is appreciated.
