Question New PC BSOD

I just finished a new build. Everything powers on and I can get into BIOS and all. When I try to install Win10 from bootable USB, I keep getting the BSOD with message "page fault in nonpaged area". It continues to boot to the same screen. I tried changing boot order, changing ssd's, removed one ram stick, moved both into different slots, but still the same issue. I am at a loss...

MSI z390 gaming AC
Ballistix two sticks of ram for total 16gb
Intel i5-8600k
Coolermaster cpu fan

turn on xmp memory profile in bios?

I tried with XMP both on and off I believe. If I can get into the bios, that means the mobo and cpu are ok, correct?

another check is to check for bend pin on the motherboard.
check the cpu temp in bios?

I also tore it apart and reseated the cpu and fan. I checked the pins and they were fine. I will also check out the mobo to see if any bent pins. How do you know if a mobo or cpu is DOA?

I will also check the temps as well. What is optimal temps while idle?
