Question New PC BSOD

Hello,

This is my frist time posting here and i have an annoying issue. I bought a new pc and had a local pc shop build it for me. It worked fine for a day and now its been throwing bsod everyday at least once while watching youtube or gaming. The errors are MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION and the other was once CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. I know i can take this back since its under warrenty but figured i should maybe ask online aswell about this issue. I've provided a dropbox link to the minidump files so someone can check them out.

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
malware scan your system?

Cpu: i5 9600k
Gpu: Gigabyte Geforce gtx 1660 super oc 6gb windforce 2x
Psu: Crosair RM750x
Motherboard: Asus Prime Z370-A II
SSD: Samsung 1TB 970 evp plus
Memory: Kingston 16 gt hyperx fury ddr4 3200 mhz
OS: Win 10 home 64 bit
Case: Fractal Design R6
Cooler: Deepcool gammaxx 400

Ran malwarebytes and found nothing.

latest bios? ram running at 3200mhz?
windows 10 up to date?
check cpu temp?

Cpu is running at 25 at idle. During games its around 30-35. Win 10 should be up to date and same for the bios since this was built and installed for me at a local pc-shop. Speccy shows that ram is Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1204MHz (17-17-17-39) for some reason.

look like the ram is running at 2400mhz
so your local shop don't know what they are doing? check bios version.

I checked my bios. Its updated and put the ram to run at 3200mhz. Still had a bsod after 2 days of no crashes this time.

some more info. Its always caused by the same driver so far hal+0x499F1.
