I built my second PC last month and from the first boot everything seemed fine all fans were spinning and motherboard light was on however i wasnt getting a display on my monitor. i unplugged all the cables and plugged them back in and i got a display, occasionally when i am playing games the whole display will shut off again and i will have to unplug the gpu power connector and plug it back in for it to work again.

I assumed it was the PSU that was faulty so i bought another one ( EVGA SuperNOVA 650w) however the problem happened again today. Temps are all fine and the only thing i can think of is in the manual for my PSU it says: "dont attempt to use 6+2 pin pcie connector without disconnecting the additional 2 pins first" but i dont know how you would do that, it also dosen`t explain the issue still being there with the other PSU.

Specs :
Ryzen 7 2700x
MSI GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER VENTUS OC 8GB
EVGA SuperNOVA 650w
Asus PRIME B450M-A Motherboard
Patriot Signature Premium DDR4 16GB (2x8GB)
