[SOLVED] New PC Build Advice $1,300 Budget

Hello all, I'm typing this from a phone I apologize if it's not properly formatted. I did read the sticky regarding new builds.

Budget is about $1,300.00 USD

I'm looking for a build for 2019 purposes. As a standard to measure against, I'm looking to build something that will run BFV on ultra decently close to 144FPS on 1080p.

I don't care for 4k and I have 0 experience with overclocking. I've only built one pc.

I'd like to get an intel processor to go with a 2070. Preferably one that won't bottleneck and can use the stock cooler. I've done a bit of googling but cannot seem to find a consensus on a non-k processor to go with a 2070. I'd also like to get an SSD. On my current build my load times for games is slow. I play PUBG and am frequently a victim of not loading in quick enough to jump off the plane.

In summary, I'm looking for a build with a intel processor non-k where stock cooler will do fine. An SSD for both OS and maybe 2 or 3 games and a 2070 GPU. Rig will be used for gaming, I have an Asus 144hz monitor. I'm located in Michigan and have no preferences for ordering. I built my first pc after visiting Microcenter as I'm within driving distance.

I will recommend you to buy a overclockable CPU, incase in future you want to do some overclocking. I you really don't want a Overclockable CPU then get a I5-8400

Thank you! Regarding the 8400 will there be bottlenecking? As it's an non-k is the stock cooler sufficient?

Also I will need a OS. Windows 10 will do fine. Will I need the USB version to install? I don't believe that case has a disc drive.

Windows 10 is now download able and burnable to any drive, so making a media is not even a problem. You'll need a key though, you can even buy it from Microsoft Store after installing Windows 10 and it will activate. It'll set you back 140$for Home and 200$ for Pro.
