[SOLVED] New pc build advice please

Hi, it’s been a while since I built my last PC which has just died due to a psu packing up. Looking at the following and would appreciate any advice:

Inter core i7 9700k
Cooler master hyper 212 EVO
Asus rog strix z390 e
EVGA Supernova *3 750w fully mod psu

Cases, been looking at Fractal design R5/6
May need new HDD as might have blown from PSU
Memory, minimum to start off with
Have optical drive and windows 7 64 bit but interested in Windows 10 if still free?
A 1080 graphics card eventually.

Not interested in water cooling or overclocking, just need a fast pc for future proofing, games, audio and video/photo editing.

Can you advise on these SSD disks? My understanding is they break easily?

Would like OS on one drive and then save games and music, photos etc on separate ones - open to suggestions. Thinking of Cubase and Adobe here.

212 is not adequate to cool a 9700k.

970 EVO 500GB for OS and 860 EVO 1TB for storage.
They don't die quickly as long as you buy good ones.

Thank you, they do look good. Do you know how they would fit in terms of my mono? m.2 is new to me and I’m not sure how they fit
