New PC build always freezes and bsod in idle (but when playing games it runs smoothly and doesnt freeze or bsod for a whole a day of games usage)

Clean installed Windows 10 pro many times already, checked drivers and firmware all updated. Have check GPU and CPU by benchmark it for 6hrs (100% cpu usage, 99% gpu usage) have done Ram test using Memtest 6passess.

PSU and MOBO is unsure but as I said playing heavy games doesn't freeze or bsod my PC only when left open doing nothing.

*Bios is reset to factory settings (no oc)

MSI Z390 Ace Meg
Core i9 9900k
MSI RTX 2070 Duke
Corsair h100i pro

EVGA 850 GQ

2TB Seagate Barracuda (Game intalled)
250GB Crucial SSD (other heavy games installed)
500GB nvme m.2 samsung evo plus (OS intalled)

Did you create your installer for Windows 10 using Windows Media Creation Tools? Which BIOS version are you for your motherboard? 2500MHz seems like an irregular number, are you sure it's not 2400MHz or 2600MHz? How are the rams setup in BIOS, manual timings, voltage and frequency or X.M.P?

Sorry about that, it's 2400mhz. Yes I created my bootable windows 10 from windows media tool.

Cpu: core i9 9900k
Base Clock: 100.00MHz
Core Voltage: 0.950V

Ram everything is in auto (voltage is 1.200v)
Dram Frequency is in auto too

no xmp enabled
