Here's my pc build:

CPU- Intel i5-7600k

CPU Cooler- Cooler Master- Hyper 212 EVO

Motherboard- Gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H

Memory- Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2x4GB)

Video Card- EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 TI SC

II'm kind of new to PC stuffso I really need help and a lot of explaining. Also I'm new to tomshardware as well so Thank you guys so much!

Try switching to a different port on your GPU. Sometimes the system will only output video to one port on the initial startup. I've seen systems that only POST to the DVI port and some to indicate errors. If you see a red LED on your motherboard, that could be the system telling you that your RAM isn't seated all the way in (happened to me!) or maybe your boot disk isn't hooked up. If you are reinstalling windows, ensure that your install medium is plugged in correctly before you startup as well. Hope this helps and good luck!

There are multiple ways to address this. Your monitor might not have speakers. If you have no sound from the motherboard IO, you may have to manually select your audio output in your OS (windows 10 is pretty easy, just click the speaker icon at the bottom.) If you have no audio from the front panel connector, you may have to do what I just stated and/or check that your front panel audio connector is plugged in properly.

i figured it out, I kept plugging in the hdmi info my motherboard and not my graphics card, so it was my fault haha, thank you guys so much though!
