New pc build bootloop...need Help

NEW PC BUILD BOOTLOOP. HELP!

So pretty much this what happend:
I still havent got all the parts but i wanted to try if everything was fine so i put everything on mobo apart from the ram and graphics card( i put only the cpu cpu heatsink and connected the psu 24 pin and the 8 one). When i started it after 15seconds it just turns off then the turn on (bootloop)


PC SPECS THAT I USED WHEN I WAS TRYING THE PARTS:

GIGABYTE GA H110M S2H

CORSAIR CX450M(the new one with black cables)

I3 6100 WITH THE STOCK COOLER

Ps: i replaced the motherboard on amazon with the same one once and I still have this problem. I dont think the bootloop is caused by the motherboard not even by the psu( i tested it with the paperclip and it ran fine) so i was wondering if the problem was caused by the cpu or caused by the missing ram.

This is my first time building a PC im so sad rigjt now.. i want to get ot done asap.

So you were trying to boot without the RAM? If so, that is the cause of your boot loop. No RAM = no boot

usually with no ram it will just sit there not reboot

did you connect the cpu heatsink fan?

it may be overheating

but its best to get all the parts any way before trying to turn it on
