New PC build bsod or freezes playing games right after booting PC (Whea_uncorrectable_error);(bluescreenview report included)

As the title says my PC has bsod or frozen 3 times with "Whea_uncorrectable_error" and restarted itself.

According to some forums on the internet the hal.dll error is most likely a hardware problem, but I have ran a gpu,cpu,ram,and hardrive test with no problems found. I'm not sure if its coincidence but it appears that the PC only bsod or freezes if I attempt to play a game right after booting up. Any idea whats wrong?

Edit: As an update, it appears the PC will crash even when not playing a game. It just crashed while watching a stream. I'm not 100% sure but I think it also only crashes on the first boot of the day, after that its fine.

System specs:
OS - Windows 10
Motherboard - MSI X99
CPU - I7 5930k
GPU - 980ti SLI
CPU cooler - Corsair H100i
PSU - Corsair HX 1000
Hard drives - Samsung 850 PRO and Seagate ST2000DM001
Ram - G.SKILL 16GB (2x 8GB) Ripjaws V Series DDR4 PC4-25600 3200MH

Make sure drivers are up to date, as well as BIOS.

WHEA erros are normally CPU related so check its right (since you just built PC) and see its getting cooling etc.

Everything is up to date. My CPU never goes past 50c while under stress test or gaming for hours. The problem only seems to happen if I play a game right after booting. After that initial crash it works perfect fine for the rest of the day.

and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c/windows/minidump
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone who can read the dumps will help you fix it

If its only happening after a fresh boot, it could do the trick.

You don't need it with an SSD anyway

Turned fast start up off and it still crashes. Its been 3 days since I uploaded the minidump. Should I make a new thread? It seems like it wont get looked at here.

Its hard to tell, the people who answer here are mostly predictable but life isn't. Normally someone will look at the posts marked "Blue Screen" and try to help people with BSOD.

I would help more but I don't know how to read dumps yet
